Five important global events were celebrated last Friday at Bairiki Square.
These events included the “16 Days of Activism to Eliminate Violence Against Women and Girls,” “International Children’s Day,” “International Disability Day,” “International Anti-Corruption Day,” and “International Human Rights Day.”
In his remarks, Minister for Justice Martin Moreti emphasized the significance of these events, stressing that they should continue to be celebrated annually.
He highlighted their crucial importance, noting that they serve as a constant reminder and guidance for individuals in their families, workplaces, villages, and across the country.
